Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cross-Platform Mobile App Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying scalable, user-friendly mobile apps for both iOS and Android using Flutter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop: Create responsive and maintainable Flutter UIs from Figma designs, ensuring a seamless user experience across both platforms.
  • Integrate APIs and Libraries: Effectively integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries to ensure smooth functionality and optimal performance.
  • Own the Mobile App Lifecycle: Take full ownership of the app's lifecycle, from planning to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Bug Fixing and Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Version Control: Utilize Git for version control and manage the codebase collaboratively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mobile Development Experience: 5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter.
  • Delivery Record: Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS.
  • Dart and State Management: Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment.
  • Integration and Storage: Solid experience integrating REST APIs, managing local storage, and handling app state.
  • Debugging and Optimization: Good understanding of mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization techniques.
  • Git and CI/CD: Proficient in using Git for source control, branching, merging, and pull requests, as well as familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.
Nice to Have:
  • Native Mobile Development: Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.
  • Automated Testing: Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter.
  • App Store Submission: Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes.
