Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Jisha Enterprise Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients for loan products, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, ensuring a strong foundation for future business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities, as well as promoting and selling various loan products such as personal loans, business loans, mortgage loans, etc. You will also be responsible for developing customized loan solutions based on client needs and financial capabilities, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Additionally, you will assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation, coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, underwriting, and approvals, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan application process.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction, and developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote loan products and increase brand awareness.
Finally, you will participate in industry events, networking activities, and community outreach programs to expand market reach, and represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation in the financial services sector.
