Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Solwin Infotech. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide input into the development of sales collateral and marketing materials
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
