Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and queries.
- Communication and Coordination: Develop and maintain effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
- Customer Retention: Proven track record of customer retention and growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the housing finance industry and market trends.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
