About the Role

At UNIVO Education, we're seeking a highly skilled E-learning Platform Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to the development and implementation of our learning management system.

Job Summary

The E-learning Platform Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the effective administration and utilization of our LMS platform. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operation, providing user support, managing content, and facilitating training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • LMS Administration: Manage user accounts, course enrollments, and system configurations within the LMS platform.
  • User Support: Provide frontline support to users regarding LMS functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users on system navigation.
  • Content Management: Upload, organize, and maintain course materials, assessments, and other educational content within the LMS.
  • Training and Onboarding: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for users on how to effectively utilize the LMS for teaching, learning, and administrative purposes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, and that the LMS functions reliably.
  • Data Management: Generate reports and analyze data to track user engagement, course completion rates, and other key metrics, providing insights for decision-making and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging and effective online learning experiences.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials related to the LMS, ensuring clarity and accessibility for users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Prior experience working with learning management systems or educational technology platforms preferred. Experience on Moodle would be an added advantage.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with computer applications and software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and support.
Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
