Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
RARR Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales of our Toll Management Software and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote sales of Toll Management Software to Public Sector Units (PSUs) and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely execution and collection of payments from clients.
- Handle routine sales correspondence independently and coordinate with the Technical team for hardware installation and software solution recommendations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong background in B2B and corporate sales, specifically in IT/ITes products (software/hardware).
- Experience in Direct Sales / Concept Selling and selling to Public Sector Units (PSUs) is an advantage.
- Good stability in previous roles and ability to interact across all organizational levels.

Skills Required:
- Strong presentation skills for various audiences and good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid understanding of technology/software applications in the Toll industry and traits such as confidence, perseverance, and a pleasing personality.
- Familiarity with the geography of Delhi/NCR is an advantage.
