  • Develop comprehensive business performance summaries to internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate strategic investment opportunities and execute them according to organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with financial stakeholders and address their queries proactively.
  • Prepare pitch decks, financial models, and investor data rooms to support business initiatives.
  • Oversee due diligence processes and manage external stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth transactions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a CA, CFA, or MBA degree with at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Development or Investor Relations.
  • Has a background in startups or D2C companies.
  • Prior IPO experience is preferred but not required.
