
Sales and Service Growth Manager

Role Overview:
- Drive commercial service growth, achieve AMC renewal, conversion & recovery of suspended/discontinued services.
- Identify service needs in the field and collaborate with regional teams for support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly forecasts, contributing to overall business success.
- Develop and maintain elevator market share and Otis growth through service sales strategies.
- Understand customer expectations and work closely with service teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare and submit contract-related documentation within specified timeframes.
- Deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to showcase service capabilities.
- Manage account receivables effectively.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the Service department, streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
- Expertise in service business, forecasting, and margin improvement, with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of latest trends in Customer Service, including technical and commercial aspects, as well as soft skills.
- Coordinate with service teams to implement action plans and address safety, callback rates, and technical support deficiencies.
- Recommend changes in maintenance service documentation, methods, processes, design, and delivery.
- Conduct field education training to ensure a safe working environment.
