
Sales Growth Manager

As a sales leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within your assigned geographic area. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales targets and meet corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Build a database of key contact persons in the assigned geography
- Develop and maintain relationships with key client personnel
- Manage category leads from qualification to closure
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A smartphone and reliable transportation
- Excellent market knowledge and a zeal for growth
- Proven experience in managing teams and motivating sales staff
- Strong networking capabilities and a willingness to travel extensively throughout your assigned area
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Graduate or above level education, with post-graduation preferred
- Previous experience in channel sales, specifically handling 5-member sales teams
- Understanding of concepts such as distribution, expansion, and metrics
- Ability to get teams to earn lucrative incentives
