Technical Sales Engineer

Eternal Robotics, a pioneering robotics AI company, seeks an accomplished Technical Sales Engineer to drive business growth and profitability in the construction and manufacturing industries.
With 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development of Vision camera/ Computer Vision-Based software robotics products and solutions, you will be responsible for sales of our entire product computer vision and strategy for mobile Robots products. You will also manage the delivery of customer projects for both product lines, working closely with the robotics and AI teams to ensure a successful product roadmap & vision and project delivery.
Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 per annum (estimated)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing the value of the ER product suite
- Contact potential clients via email and phone to set up meetings, deliver sales pitches, impress customers, and win business for the company
- Understand different customers' manufacturing lines, processes, and controls architecture as part of the initial requirement study in assisting the sales and proposal process
- Plan, direct, organize, and manage digital marketing on LinkedIn, Facebook etc., promotional campaigns through the right channels, events, and exhibitions both online and offline
- Prepare business proposals and internal reports, prepare quotations, offers, and sales presentations; Draft and review commercial contracts and ensure adherence to established rules and guidelines set by management
- Hold product demonstrations for customers to showcase the value of the product
- Translate customer requirements in terms of product features and feed new feature requirements to the product development team to improve the product capabilities
- Be ready for installation of products at customer's site during unavailability/urgency of the tech team
- Work with the product deployment team in validating product deliverables to customers
- Track deliverables to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Track customer issues and bring in resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Engage with the customer to help them realize the benefits of the product so it becomes part of their regular routine
- Upsell services and products with the brand image
- Collect timely payment from customers
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Hold a BE/ BTech/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering with a strong aptitude for technically advanced products
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, presenting, and negotiation skills, social adeptness, ability to build rapport, conflict resolution; IT fluency in planning, prioritization, and time management
- Show proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software, Strong in business mathematics, and P&L planning. Commercial and software application knowledge is a plus
- Able to solve tough problems, handle pressure, and meet deadlines; Self-motivated to contribute and achieve in lean-team environments
- Have in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events locally and nationally; Network at and leverage conferences, exhibitions, and related events
KPIs:
- Achieve 100% of new customer account development target every quarter
- Achieve 100% of sales order booking target
- Achieve 100% of Revenue target
KRAs:
- Customer lead generation, conversion, relationship management, and revenue growth; Identify untapped business potential for products and services
- Self-driven with personal databases of different industries like Pharma, Automotive, FMCG, White goods, heavy industries, and retails
- Updated with market scenarios where new projects/expansions are being planned by existing/new customers
- Manage documentation and communication, proposals, quotations, contracts, and business collateral
- Fully collaborative with management, marketing, sales and service teams
- Provide key insights and recommendations to management on business strategies and tactics
- Communicate market feedback to product, engineering and service teams to ensure customer success
- Establish Eternal Robotics relations with potential customers in the India region
- Acquire detailed product knowledge of ER products and propose suitable solutions to potential customers
- Adhere strictly to ER's compliance and integrity policies
