We seek an accomplished Bancassurance Sales Professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with bank branches.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with bank branch managers and staff to expand our market share.
- Identify opportunities for generating new business by promoting life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for life insurance products, driving revenue growth.
- Evaluate customer needs accurately, providing superior service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, fostering a compliant work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a proven track record in sales.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, facilitating successful partnerships.
- Able to achieve sales targets through effective channel partner engagement.
- Detailed knowledge of the local market in Ahmedabad, informing informed business decisions.
