Job Title: Product Strategy Leader

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in product strategy and growth, with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

This role combines strategic consulting discipline with hands-on B2C product execution, using data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments, building and scaling rewards & loyalty programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.

  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize performance.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas and inform product decisions.

Education:
