About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Strategic Projects. This critical and influential role will drive a wide range of initiatives, from tactical program management to leading and delivering cross-functional priorities. It demands extensive cross-group coordination at all levels, robust product and business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create executive-level presentations/decks and detailed narratives.

 

  • Project Leadership: Lead special projects directly overseen by senior leadership, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for executive-level consumption.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

 

Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you should have at least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an office of eminence or in a similar high-impact role. You must be comfortable with domestic/overseas travel and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results. A demonstrated interest in the education industry, with a passion for making a positive impact, is also essential.
