Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Program Lead to drive key enterprise-wide initiatives, identify strategic issues, and develop insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and change management strategies to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of strategic issues facing the organization, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Conceptualize, design, and implement key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor and forecast strategic and operational variables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and execute simulations to create best-fit plans based on market profiles.
  • Track and report on relevant metrics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Manage periodical reporting of strategy performance and coordinate with internal functions to drive planning activities.
  • Support and manage executive-level interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work on go-to-market strategies, annual business-wise plans (both annual and long-term), and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and drive key strategic initiatives, including project management, tracking, and closure.
  • Deliver and design key strategic initiatives, transformation agendas, and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams and external consulting firms to drive business results.
  • Develop business cases and strategic options based on industry insights, internal capabilities, financial models, and ROI analysis.
  • Facilitate competition benchmarking, deal benchmarking, and prepare intelligent analysis.
  • Prepare environment scans, competitor insights, and reports on customers and present periodically.
  • Conduct internal consulting projects to support business units.
  • Support CXOs with briefing kits for engagements and other external stakeholders.
  • Manage all strategic communication from the CSO's office and interaction with stakeholders.
  • Keep track of important industry updates and review changes/developments.
  • Anchor business planning and operational reviews periodically.

  • Knowledge of business planning, change management, and strategic initiative development.
  • Experience with project management, tracking, and closure.
  • Ability to analyze data and create visualizations to inform business decisions.
