Job Summary

We are expanding our impact through new flagship initiatives. These initiatives will be rolled out in a phased roadmap and we are looking for a leader to manage and execute this ambitious portfolio.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in program management strategic initiatives or operations ideally in AI technology policy or global nonprofits.
  • They should have a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex stakeholder initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of AI governance and emerging technologies is essential.
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives based on impact ROI and strategic value.
  2. Build and maintain the phased roadmap.
  3. Monitor progress risks and ensure deliverables are on track.
  4. Execution & Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  5. Develop and manage budgets timelines and KPIs.
  6. Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers enterprise executives event organizers and sponsors.
  8. Present progress updates to leadership sponsors and partners.
  9. Team Leadership: Oversee initiative managers consultants and interns.
  10. Establish clear goals dashboards and reporting systems.
Qualifications
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management strategic initiatives or operations.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors government partners or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently adapt quickly and take ownership of outcomes.
