Strategic Growth Expert

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving strategic growth initiatives and ensuring the effective deployment of solutions.

As a key member of our team, this individual will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and drive end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Partnership Development:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with our product solutions to drive their success.

  • Solution Design & Implementation:

Work closely with clients and pre-sales teams to detail solutioning and prepare clear BRDs explaining process and system workflow and exception scenarios.

  • Customer Success Management:

Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure client goals are met.

  • Project Leadership:

Drive implementation projects by collaboratively working with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams. Lead efforts to drive project management best practices, ensuring timely delivery with agreed resources and scope monitoring.

  • Insight-Driven Decision Making:

Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggest improvements or changes based on analysis.

  • Customer Enablement & Training:

Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.

  • Process Optimization & Handover:

Manage process optimization, close all points by working with product and support teams. Create customer SOPs for processes that can be used by clients and internally by support. Work with the support team to handover the project to Support and KAM.

  • Customer Feedback Loop:

Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
