Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to spearhead our business intelligence unit, driving strategic growth and profitability objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing data-driven solutions, utilizing expert data analysis, machine learning, and strategic thinking.

This key role requires the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery of actionable business recommendations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust analytical models using Python, R, SQL, and MS Excel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop tailored data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Broaden expertise through continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably financial services or retail business.
  • Strong proficiency in model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable business strategies.
