About this role:

As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you'll drive business growth through data-driven campaigns. You'll own and scale high-impact lead generation & e-commerce initiatives, working closely with senior marketers to experiment boldly, test fast, and see the direct impact of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch & Scale → Develop and execute ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Multi-Industry Campaigns → Manage performance campaigns across various industries including E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize Relentlessly → Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to continuously improve performance.
  • Test Like a Pro → Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creatives → Convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Dive Into Data → Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and recommend next steps.

Requirements:

  • A strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets.
  • An AI-driven mindset → Comfortable with AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Creative + analytical balance → able to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
