Patient Analytics Manager

As a seasoned analytics professional, you will lead the development of strategic initiatives that drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient analytics, with expertise in claims data analysis and Tableau dashboard creation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute end-to-end consulting projects focused on patient analytics, including project scoping, planning, and delivery.
  • Analyze complex claims data to provide actionable insights, such as patient journey mapping, adherence trends, and segmentation.
  • Develop high-impact dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, supporting client decision-making.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, or Healthcare Management).
  • 6+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a strong focus on patient analytics and claims data.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau for creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good to Have: Experience with Dataiku for advanced analytics and machine learning applications.
