Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

About the Role:

The Data Insights Specialist transforms raw data into actionable insights that support business strategy and operational efficiency. This role ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analysis that drives decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
