Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Recruire. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a proven track record of building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inquire with students to select the right course
  • Sell courses through outbound, inbound, and online processes
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions
  • Counsel working professionals related to suitable courses as per their domain
  • Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting will be an added advantage
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through lead generation
  • Coordinate presales and postsales follow-up
  • Create and maintain a database of prospect clients

Qualifications:

  • Graduates in Sales / Business / Management Stream
  • Competencies: Problem-solving and interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, enthusiastic and spontaneous, passionate about sales

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Gurugram
