Business Development Executive B2C Sales

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Recruire. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a proven track record of building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inquire with students to select the right course
- Sell courses through outbound, inbound, and online processes
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions
- Counsel working professionals related to suitable courses as per their domain
- Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting will be an added advantage
- Identify opportunities for new business development through lead generation
- Coordinate presales and postsales follow-up
- Create and maintain a database of prospect clients
Qualifications:
- Graduates in Sales / Business / Management Stream
- Competencies: Problem-solving and interpersonal skills, excellent presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, enthusiastic and spontaneous, passionate about sales
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Gurugram
