Senior Business Development Executive

At Online Live Learning, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and be able to develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2C segment. Identify market opportunities, analyze consumer trends, and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively prospect and engage with potential B2C customers to expand the customer base. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to identify and acquire new customers.
- Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn rates in the B2C segment. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Optimize the e-commerce conversion rate by analyzing website performance metrics, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and implementing conversion optimization strategies.
- Product and Service Innovation: Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to identify market needs and opportunities for new products or services.
