Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Recruire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Manage and maintain our CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Sales, Business, or Management Stream.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the education or technology sector.

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Gurugram.
