Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Manager to join our Implementation team. As a first-line manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of Implementation Managers, engaging with high-priority customers, and driving improvement on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and mentorship programs for Implementation Managers
  • Support the hiring and onboarding process for new Implementation Managers
  • Resolve customer escalations and ensure maximum satisfaction and positive relationships
  • Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices
  • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes for increased simplicity and efficiency
  • Track and monitor performance on key metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer journey
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or customer success
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team and passion for supporting and guiding team growth
  • Ruthless prioritization and time management skills
  • Boundless energy and a can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to scale and adapt to changing organizations and responsibilities
