Job Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building relationships, and generating revenue through the cross-selling of various banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area
  • Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
  • Activating accounts, UPI linkage, mobile balance, savings balance, and increasing wallet share of banking products, including insurance, mortgages, unit-linked insurance, systematic investment plans, and mutual funds
  • Participating in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from small and medium enterprises
  • Conducting low-cost micro-marketing activities around the catchment areas for lead generation

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • A degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in banking, finance, law, or MBA are advantageous

Competencies:

  • Sales and networking skills
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven
  • IRDA and AMFI certification is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Estimated Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
