Job Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building relationships, and generating revenue through the cross-selling of various banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area
- Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
- Activating accounts, UPI linkage, mobile balance, savings balance, and increasing wallet share of banking products, including insurance, mortgages, unit-linked insurance, systematic investment plans, and mutual funds
- Participating in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from small and medium enterprises
- Conducting low-cost micro-marketing activities around the catchment areas for lead generation
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- A degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in banking, finance, law, or MBA are advantageous
Competencies:
- Sales and networking skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Goal-oriented and target-driven
- IRDA and AMFI certification is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Estimated Salary Range: ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
