Job Overview

The Regional Sales Executive for Beverages will drive sales and expand market presence in Jamshedpur. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in sales.

The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the financial aspects of sales activities to ensure targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasts: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and ensure targets are met.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. They will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and ensure business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders.
  • Efficient time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain robust networks for business development.
Salary Estimate

We estimate the salary for this position to be ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
