Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the sales team in the creation and management of contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and review of sales proposals, contracts, and other documents
  • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure contractual documents are accurate and compliant
  • Track and report operational metrics related to the pre-sales process
  • Provide excellent customer support and communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in presales, sales support, or contract management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
