Job Summary

This role is responsible for proposal creation, contract booking, and capital planning activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general contracting principles and concepts, and be able to critically analyze risks associated with terms and conditions in contract documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and process sold contracts, manage and validate OTIS CRM systems
  • Follow standard checklists and adhere to guidelines/framework for reviewing documents for final execution from the sales team/signatory authority/business units
  • Flag non-conforming sections as per guidelines/framework and work towards resolving flagged issues with business units and other departments
  • Work with senior leadership level stakeholders to ensure contractual documents are accurate
  • Track and report operational metrics for the Pre-Sales backend review process
  • Follow up with delivery stakeholders to obtain required information for Sales/Contract Lifecycle & Risk Management processes
  • Ensure clear and timely responses are provided to queries/requests from vendors/customers/business units

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of Pre-Sales backend support experience
  • 2+ years in Presales, Sales Support contract Management, Analysis, and Negotiations
  • Strong understanding of general contracting principles and concepts
  • Ability to critically analyze risks associated with terms and conditions in contract documents
  • Excellent writing ability
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, Audio and Video conferencing utilities
  • Understanding of major legal & commercial terms used in contracts
