About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Game Designer to help shape the future of our mobile games.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing original game ideas that can become global hits. They will also develop engaging mechanics and levels for hybrid casual/hypercasual audiences, collaborate with artists and developers to craft seamless gameplay, balance game economies to drive fun and monetization, strategize creative ads and marketable hooks, and stay ahead of industry trends refining designs based on player feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in game design, preferably in hybrid casual or puzzle genres.
  • Strong ideation and conceptualization skills.
  • Passion for creating addictive, fun, player-first experiences.
  • Problem-solving creativity and team collaboration.
  • Unity knowledge is a plus, puzzle design experience is a big plus, and color theory expertise is a bonus.
