About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned gaming industry professional to drive the development of gameplay and mechanics for our upcoming title.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, gameplay mechanics, and technical specifications.
  • Develop complex gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using Unreal Engine.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Game Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects.
  • Extensive experience with Unreal Engine and C++ programming.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience shipping titles on PC, console, or mobile platforms using Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of version control systems and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality games.
