Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the timely delivery of our games. This role involves understanding game release requirements, aligning resources, and ensuring projects are on track.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be able to identify dependencies, and be willing to adopt best practices in delivering creative projects such as games.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of each release's scope and purpose to effectively triage and escalate issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers/Producers to plan resources and dependencies, delivering a comprehensive project plan.
  • Work closely with various Heads of Departments and partner managers to ensure all resources are aligned.
  • Participate actively during the production phase, reviewing progress with creative, art, development, and QC teams to ensure projects stay on track.
  • In case of unresolved issues or concerns, promptly escalate them with clear options for management to decide.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as MS Project, SmartSheets, or Trello is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We need someone with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate has launched or updated products regularly, preferably with a minimum of 8 releases within a year. Strong communication skills and the ability to love playing games are also essential.

  • A background in mobile app development or mobile game development will be very beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS devices and stores will add value to this role.
