Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing original content ideas that align with our political and social messaging.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Brainstorming fresh, impactful ideas and turning them into polished, engaging content for our social media channels.
  • Designing and producing high-quality, visually compelling graphics and short-form videos from start to finish.
  • Utilizing design tools like Canva and mobile-first video editing apps to create and edit content efficiently.
  • Staying updated with the latest social media trends, meme formats, and viral content to ensure posts are timely, relevant, and shareable.

The role requires a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work, demonstrating skills in creating engaging graphics and/or short-form videos for social media.

A keen interest in and good understanding of Indian politics and current affairs is also essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
  • Mastery of Canva or similar tools, able to create impressive designs quickly and efficiently.
  • Video editing skills, experience with mobile video editing apps for creating sharp, fast-paced Reels and Shorts.
  • An intuitive understanding of what type of content works and why on different social media platforms.
  • Speed and agility, the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
