Game Artist

We're seeking an artistic talent to join our team and bring their creativity to life.

  • Create visually appealing in-game art assets, including characters, props, environments, VFX, and icons.
  • Design UI asset packs for mobile and web applications, focusing on components, states, and layouts.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across screens and states, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up creative workflows, exploring ideation, variations, textures, and batch exports.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • This is a part-time or full-time opportunity; immediate joiners are preferred.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing 2D game art and UI work, with links provided.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Procreate welcome).
  • Understanding of visual hierarchy, readability, and accessibility principles.
  • Ability to export and handoff assets efficiently, including naming, slicing, densities, and optimization.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software like Blender or Maya, or ability to import into Unity or Unreal.
  • Experience with motion graphics, UI micro-interactions, particle effects, and iconography.
  • Previous work in education, health, finance, or fitness industries.
