Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually engaging and on-brand content across digital and print media. You'll be responsible for creating impactful designs while leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

● Design high-quality graphics (social media posts, ads, banners, branding assets)

● Adapt brand guidelines into fresh, engaging visual stories across platforms

● Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop campaign ideas

● Optimize creatives for different platforms: Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube Shorts, etc.

● Stay ahead of design trends and emerging content formats

● Integrate AI tools into the creative process to boost efficiency and innovation (e.g., AI-generated visuals)

Qualifications

  • Skilled in Graphics software and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, figma)
  • Strong aesthetic sense—layout, typography, color theory
  • Familiarity with digital media formats and social platform specs
  • Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar
  • Ability to balance creativity with speed and brand alignment
