We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow certifications an advantage.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and deploying ServiceNow applications with a focus on user experience and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement solutions
  • Maintaining high-quality standards and monitoring performance metrics

Familiarity with Service Portal, integration protocols, and web-based development languages is necessary for success in this role.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills and a strong ability to multitask. Proficiency in JavaScript and Ajax is essential, as well as a solid understanding of ITSM Framework, ITIL, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, and GRC.
