Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Product Consultant. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be willing to learn, and be able to lead projects and teams.

The role involves demonstrating Caliber products to customers, on-site build installations and configurations, ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements, and assisting delivery leads in project kickoff and planning. Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating Caliber products to customers
  • On-site build installations and configurations
  • Ensuring thorough understanding of customer requirements
  • Assisting delivery lead in project kickoff and planning
  • Executing UAT/SAT and Installation Qualification protocol
  • Training end-users on Caliber Products
  • Installation of production build and Database maintenance plan creation
  • Onsite support and customer call handling

Key Responsibilities
