As a senior technical content writer, you will have the opportunity to build a unique career with global scale and technology support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with subject matter specialists to create strong and cohesive content
  • Capture grammar, design, graphics, consistency, branding, and clarity concerns as a copy editor
  • Assist teams with key content production and distribution across web, social media, internal platforms, and communications
  • Analyze existing content and strategically recast, reuse, and republish to build fresh articles based on key themes
  • Write scripts and create storylines for proposals and responses
  • Work with related tools to reduce manual efforts and increase automation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6 years of experience in technical content writing
  • Experience in 2 or more of the following competencies: Business Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Finance function specialists, Risk Function specialists, Enterprise and Technology, Strategic Insights through data analytics, Business Operations and Supply Chain
  • Excellent people skills, promoting teamwork and being a consultant who asks the right questions
  • Strong organizational and management skills, ability to delegate effectively and allocate work
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adaptable to learn and upskill based on evolving business needs
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft suit, Excel, PowerPoint presentation
  • Proficient with sales enablement and editorial tools
  • Strong attention to detail and assertive with strong influencing skills
