Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions, 3rd party Call recording platforms, and basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create MACD's in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms, understanding VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Voice network deployment models, voice network devices, VOIP and Performance Management Tools, and integration experience with other Tools is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience with Cisco Voice platform, CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms, and Third Party Providers, are necessary for success in this role.
  • Responsibilities also include performing advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities, creating technical product documentation, upgrading plans, and site coordination.
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Base and documentation, initiating and implementing processes improvements, excellent communication and conversation skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and proficiency in Excel related Analytics.
