Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and partners.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional support experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues, provide expert advice, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, or in-person
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and implement process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a related field
  • Expertise in remote access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP/IP, authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, etc.)
  • Experience working with firewall central management systems and security services (IDS/IPS, firewalls)
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
