Job Title:

Senior IT Professional - Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT professional to join our technical team. As a Senior IT Professional, you will be responsible for handling complex technical issues, providing in-depth troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and monitor systems for high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.
  • Document solutions, knowledge articles, and update standard operating procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2–5 years of experience in IT support or technical engineering roles, with strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, software, and infrastructure.

Experience with troubleshooting, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar), and basic knowledge of firewall, networking, and server administration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and customer-handling skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment under pressure.
