  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Handle negotiations with clients, draft quotations, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and share insights about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs with the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 13 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in the industrial safety or footwear industry).
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Other Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across North Goa.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety products is a plus but not mandatory.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards. This figure may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
