Key Responsibilities- Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee beverages to high standards, using only the finest ingredients and adhering to recipes and presentations.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring a safe environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Punctuality and Attendance: Ensure regular and consistent attendance, being punctual for shifts and adhering to schedule requirements.
- Experience: A minimum of 1+ year in the coffee service industry, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Qualifications: A tidy and self-disciplined individual with attention to detail, who is passionate about product quality and committed to delivering outstanding results.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including paid time off, opportunities for career development, and a fun and supportive work environment.
