Job Overview

Liquor Vault Goa, a premier liquor store in Porvorim North Goa, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the financial health of the organization, ensure compliance, and support decision-making processes.

This is a full-time on-site role responsible for managing client accounts, building customer relationships, promoting products, handling inquiries, managing sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Regularly compare and reconcile the company's financial records with bank statements to maintain accuracy and transparency.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely adherence to all government regulations, including tax payments and legal requirements, safeguarding the organization's compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare comprehensive monthly inventory reports to monitor stock levels and support effective business planning.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on sales, expenses, and profits, providing valuable insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Independently manage and finalize the unit's accounts, maintaining accurate and compliant financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: B.Com or equivalent qualification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to work well in a team and independently, knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends, proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with liquor products and the industry.
