- A minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or client relationship management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Strong network within the luxury service industry and access to exclusive venues and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in multiple languages considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A competitive salary and benefits package, including a guaranteed annual income of approximately $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
