Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Director to join our team at Vianaar Homes in Goa.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. Experience in insurance or hospitality is also considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Converting leads into sales and following up with potential customers
  • Performing site visits with potential clients and handing over possession to closed clients
  • Engaging with existing/potential clients to get referrals and updating them about new project launches
  • Providing guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determining client needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Negotiating prices, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Estimating properties' value through comparative market analysis and preparing necessary paperwork
  • Maintaining and updating listings of available properties and developing networks with legal teams, banking officials, etc.
  • Delivering promotional presentations to current or prospective customers
