Job Summary:

  • Our organization seeks an experienced professional to lead Agile Release Trains, facilitating planning and ceremonies for seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features aligned with business objectives.
  2. Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  3. Align delivery objectives across functions to promote a cohesive team environment.
  4. Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity by promoting best practices in scaling frameworks.
  5. Provide transparent insights into delivery status, metrics, and progress to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • At least 12 years of IT experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles such as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Agile Release Trains.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with financial systems, particularly Murex, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills are essential.
