Technical Agile Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Agile Delivery Specialist to lead our team in delivering projects using Agile methodologies. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with technical product ownership, requiring expertise in Azure DevOps governance and Monday.com platform management.

This is a hybrid role that blends the skills of a Scrum Master with those of a technical product owner. The individual will be responsible for leading sprint delivery, governing Azure DevOps, and ensuring ongoing sustainment of Monday.com, including integrations, custom boards, and automations.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations. They will also have experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Approve/manage Azure DevOps access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance.
  • Oversee sustainment and enhancement of Monday.com platform integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
  • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
