Agile Delivery Lead

    As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of our SaaS products across multiple teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments.

    The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks like SAFe or Scrum@Scale.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coordinating sprint cycles for various product verticals including mobile apps, web applications, and backend services.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration among Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.
  • Maintaining and tracking product backlogs, sprint progress, burndown charts, and development velocity.
  • Proactively identifying bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies and working to remove blockers.
  • Leaving data to track productivity and sprint health, and surfacing insights for better delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong technical skills including experience with Flutter, ReactJS, Node.js, Selenium, and Zoho Sprints.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to map and manage software development life cycles (SDLC) for SaaS products.
