Senior Agile Leader Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Leader to drive the adoption of agile methodologies across our teams and foster a culture of innovation.

Job Description

This role involves leading agile teams, promoting agility awareness, and driving all scrum ceremonies. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in software development, project management, or business analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Lead 2-3 agile teams and promote agility awareness within the team.
  • Drive all scrum ceremonies, track backlog conversion work, and facilitate story writing and requirement component organization.
  • Counsel teams through agile adoption using appropriate frameworks and evaluate Agile Frameworks, tools, and techniques for applicability.
  • Develop metrics for team and stakeholders to ensure transparency and visibility in release work.
  • Assist in agile maturity assessments and remove impediments for smoother agile cycles.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of IT industry experience as a Developer/Tester/BA.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master & agile project management delivery.
  • Preferably from Analytics/Data engineering/BI domain.
  • Understanding of design thinking and systems thinking is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA, MS ADO, Atlassian Confluence, MS SharePoint, Rally, and MS Excel.
  • Mandatory: CSM, PSM-I/II/III/SAFe, LeSS, RTE certifications.
  • Good understanding of Agile advanced certifications (Lean Kanban/Scrum Alliance/ Scrum.org/Disciplined Agile).
  • Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners team's project management best practices.
  • Working knowledge of tools like MS Office, and Power BI reports.
  • Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Client-facing roles experience is mandatory.
