About Our Agile Team:

We are a team of professionals dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions. With our expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices, we empower teams to work collaboratively and efficiently.

Our team is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of software products that meet business objectives. We achieve this by facilitating complex meetings and workshops, identifying and addressing impediments, and managing risks and dependencies across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
  • Coaching and mentoring Agile teams, promoting SAFe practices and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identifying and removing impediments and roadblocks that hinder our progress and value delivery
  • Managing risks and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams and Agile Release Trains
  • Driving process improvement through Agile delivery metrics and events

  • A strong servant leader who empowers and supports teams
  • Deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices
  • Proficient in facilitating complex meetings and workshops
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex organizational challenges
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
